Elapsed Time Monitoring settings
The elapsed time monitoring uses a lower limit.

If the turnaround time of a batch job is smaller than the lower limit for this job, this turnaround time is not saved in the historical file. This is to prevent clearly incorrect jobs from affecting the average.

This lower limit is a percentage of the average elapsed time.

Example:

Lower limit is set to 20%.
Average elapsed time for the batch job is 130 seconds.
If the turnaround time of a batch job is less than 130 * 0.20 = 26 seconds, give a message, but not add it to the historical file.

The lower limit can be set differently for each job to be monitored.
When adding a new job the default lower limit is used.
