Disk

Only disks recorded in the disk monitoring are mounted during server startup. A disk removed from the disk monitoring is therefore not mounted during server startup.

Batch Job
|
Only batch jobs that are included in the batch job monitoring are checked by the monitoring during a restart of the server for presence in the batch queue, and possibly placed in the batch queue.

Batch Queue
|
Batch queues taken in the batch queue monitoring are started during the restart of the server. This is often done in a different way, so the effect on batch queus during restart depends on the queue configuration of the server.

Printer Queue
|
Printer queues taken in the printer queue monitoring are started during the restart of the server. This is often done in another way, so the effect on printer queus during reboot depends on the queue configuration of the server.

Process
|
Background processes that are not automatically started by OpenVMS during a restart of the server must be started by another procedure. Processes included in the process monitoring can be started automatically by the process monitoring. Processes that are not included in the process monitoring must be started in a different way.
