Batch job monitoring settings
The data file SMiC_DATA: BATCHJOBS.DAT contains the following fields:

  1. The name of the batch job to be monitored.

  1. The batch queue in which this batch job has to be executed.
If the batch queue for a job does not have to be monitored, an "*" can be entered here.

  1. The time interval in which this batch job must be monitored.
The batch job monitoring can be switched on and off per hour.
This can be chosen when entering and / or changing the batch job to monitor
by selecting the hours on which monitoring should be performed.

  1. The days on which the batch job monitoring is active.
There are three possibilities here:

  1. Recovery procedure for this batch job.
If the batch job is no longer present in the system, SMiC can repair this by submitting the batch job again.
A recovery procedure must then be provided for this.
