You can only set up messages per node. Therefore, a node must be selected here.
Select on Message
If you choose to select by message, the message is the primary entry.
The next selection screen then asks to make a choice from the available messages.
Select on Account
If you choose to select by account, the account name is the primary entry.
The next selection screen then asks to make a selection from the available accounts.
