Disk rebuild
When a disk is not dismounted on the correct way before a shutdown, the disk will need a rebuild
after mounting the disk during startup.

When the disk needs a rebuild, some disk information will not be correct. This effects the amount
of free space and sometimes files are not closed properly. A disk rebuild will correct this.

This rebuild can be time consuming, so the system manager can desite to perform the rebuild not
with the mount, but on another time. A rebuild job can be started here.
