  Printing a Section or Book

  You can print the section you are reading, one or more
  sections from the book that is open, or an entire book.

  Two types of formatting are available:

  *   PostScript(R)

      Bookreader generates a PostScript file that closely resem-
      bles the information you see online. Graphics, tables, and
      other elements are printed as well.

  *   ASCII text

      Bookreader generates a text file in ASCII format. The
      text is converted to a monospaced font, graphics are not
      included, and tables are formatted as closely as possible to
      the online version.

  You can also extract the section or book to a file for
  printing later by using the same menu option on the File
  menu.
