5.4  Step 4:  Install OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.2

  No special installation procedures are required to run
  OpenVMS Galaxy software.  Galaxy functionality is in-
  cluded in the base operating system and can be enabled or
  disabled using the console command and system parameter
  values described later in this chapter.
