Shows usage counts for the selected clearinghouse, including
  the following:

  Read Accesses
  Indicates how many read operations were directed to the
  selected clearinghouse.

  Write Accesses
  Indicates how many write operations were directed to the
  selected clearinghouse.

  References Returned
  Indicates how many of the requests that were directed to
  the selected clearinghouse were returned with a partial an-
  swer (instead of a complete answer that satisfied the client's
  request).
