Overview of Session Manager and FileView

  Session Manager and FileView work together to help you
  manage your DECwindows environment.  The Session
  Manager menu bar contains menus that let you run
  applications, pause or end your session, and customize
  your DECwindows environment.  FileView is a graphic
  representation of the OpenVMS operating system that lets
  you use a mouse to work with files and directories.

  As you become familiar with using Session Manager and
  FileView, you'll notice that they share many features and
  provide ways for combining your Session Manager and

  FileView tasks.
