Executing a DCL Command

  If you want to execute a DCL command, choose DCL
  Command from FileView's Utilities menu.  FileView opens
  a window and displays the DCL prompt ( $ ).  You can enter
  any DCL command in this window.

  The DCL command is executed in the context of the current
  directory with the current privilege settings.
