Accessing Files Through DECterm

  Use DIGITAL Command Language (DCL) commands
  to access files and directories from a DECterm terminal
  window.  For example, use the DCL command COPY to copy
  a file from one directory to another.

  To get help using DCL commands, enter the command
  HELP at the DCL prompt.
