List Boxes

  A list box displays a large number of choices, such as the
  names of available files.  The list box consists of the items
  within a rectangular area and usually a scroll bar to the
  right of the items.

  To choose one item from the list, move the pointer to the item
  and click MB1.

  If you can choose more than one item, move the pointer to
  an item, hold down the Shift key on the keyboard, and click
  MB1.  This places the item into a set of chosen items.
