Opening a FileView Window

  FileView is a graphic representation of the OpenVMS
  operating system that allows you to execute commands and
  perform tasks by selecting text and objects on your screen
  with a mouse.  FileView also allows you to open a window
  to the OpenVMS operating system, which you can use to
  execute DCL commands.

  To open a FileView window, choose FileView from the

  Applications menu.  A FileView window appears.
