Dragging

  To drag the pointer, first place the pointer on an object.  Press
  and hold the mouse button and move the mouse.  Release the
  mouse button when the pointer is at the desired location.

  For example, you drag the pointer down to choose an item
  from a menu that appears in the menu bar.  Place the pointer
  on the menu title, press MB1, and move the pointer down.
  When the rectangle appears around the menu item you want
  to choose, release MB1.
