UPSS ISO Latin 1

  You can change the default character set by clicking on
  the UPSS ISO Latin 1 option.  This causes the International
  Standards Organization (ISO) Latin 1 Character Set to be
  used.  To use this character set, the Character Set mode
  option must be set to 8-Bit Characters.
