Choosing a National Replacement Character Set

  Choose 7-Bit NRCS Selection...  from the Options menu to
  choose a National Replacement Character Set (NRCS) that
  corresponds to your keyboard.  DECterm displays a dialog
  box.

  The NRCS selection is only used with the 7-Bit NRCS
  Character Set.  To use a 7-bit national replacement character
  set, choose the corresponding keyboard in the Session

  Manager and also select the 7-bit NRCS option in DECterm.
