Angle Brackets Key Sends `~

  On the North American and Dutch keyboards, you can
  override the Angle Bracket Key Sends <> default by clicking
  on the Angle Brackets Key Sends `~.  This causes the <> key
  to display a left single quotation mark ` when unshifted and a
  tilde ~ when shifted.
