Angle Brackets Key Sends <>

  On the North American and Dutch keyboards, the Angle
  Brackets Key Sends <> option is set.  This causes the
  angle bracket key to display a left angle bracket ( < ) when
  unshifted and a right angle bracket ( > ) when shifted.
