Capturing Menus

  To capture a pull-down, pop-up, or options menu, you must
  capture the entire screen using a time delay.

  To capture a menu:

  1.  Set the Capture options menu to Entire Screen.

  2.  Drag the Time Delay Slider to a nonzero value.  Ten
      seconds typically suffices.

  3.  Choose Print from the File menu.

  4.  Use the mouse or keyboard to display the menu you want
      to capture.

  5.  Leave the menu displayed until the time period has
      elapsed.

  You may want to use an application like Paint to crop
  the resulting snapshot.  If so,use DDIF for the Output
  Format.
