Capturing a Portion of the Screen to a File

  To take a snapshot of a portion of the screen and save it to a
  file:

  1.  Choose File from the   Send to options menu.

  2.  Choose Portion of Screen from the    Capture options
      menu.

  3.  Choose  Print  from the  File menu.

  4.  The pointer changes to a capture cursor ( + ).  Move the
      capture cursor to the upper left corner of the area you
      want to capture.

  5.  Press and hold MB1.

  6.  Drag the capture cursor until a box surrounds the area
      you want to capture.

  7.  Release MB1.

      The snapshot is saved to the file whose name appears in
      the Output File Name      text-entry box.
