Taking Screen Snapshots

  Use the  Send to options menu       to choose whether to save a
  screen snapshot to a file, print the snapshot, or do both.

  To actually take the snapshot, choose   Print or Print... from
  the File menu.    If you selected Send to Printer or Both,
  then choosing Print sends the snapshot to the default printer;
  choosing Print...  displays a dialog box that lets you choose the
  printer.

  If you selected Send to File, then choosing Print saves the
  snapshot to a file.

  When you save to a file, you can specify a file name in the

  Output File Name field,      or you can accept the default file
  name.

  To capture a pull-down, pop-up, or options menu, you must
  capture the entire screen and use a time delay.
