Open...

  To open a new or existing file, choose Open...  from the File
  menu.

  The Open Picture dialog box appears, which displays a list of
  your directories and files.

  To open an existing file:

  1.  In the Directories list box, double click on the directory
      where your file is located.

  2.  In the Files list box, double click on the graphics file you
      want to open.

  3.  Click on OK.

  To open a new file:

  1.  In the Directories list box, double click on the directory
      where you want the file to reside.

  2.  Click on the Selection entry box.  Enter the new file name
      with an img file type.  For example, picture.img.

  3.  Click on OK.
