Varying Line Width

  Lines drawn with the shape tools can be thick or thin.  To
  change the current line width:

  1.  Choose Line Width...  from the Options menu.  Paint
      displays a dialog box.

  2.  Click on the line thickness you want.

  3.  Click on OK.
