Using the Scale Picture Dialog Box

  When you choose Scale Picture...  from the Edit menu, the
  Scale Picture dialog box appears.

                                Note

      You cannot undo the scaling operation.

  To scale your entire picture:

  1.  To change the scale for both the x scale and the y scale,
      click on one of the percent check buttons for each scale.

      If you want to specify your own percentages, enter a
      number less than 100 to shrink the figure or a number
      greater than 100 to expand the figure.

  2.  Click on OK.
