Message Region Header Text

  The Message Window message area is labeled Messages.  To
  change this heading:

  1.  Choose Message Window...  from the Message Window
      Options menu.  The Message Window displays the
      Message Window Options dialog box.

  2.  Type a new heading in the Header Text entry box.

  3.  Click on either the OK or Apply button.  The new label is
      displayed immediately.
