Startup State

  By default, the Message Window is displayed as a window
  when you start it.  To change the Message Window startup
  state:

  1.  Choose Message Window...  from the Message Window
      Options menu.  The Message Window displays the

      Message Window Options dialog box.

  2.  Click on the Icon radio button to specify that the Message
      Window should be displayed as an icon when you start it.
