Opening a Folder (Paned Style)

  If you are using a Paned style main window, choose Open
  Folder from the main window's File menu to open the
  selected folder.  The messages in the open folder are listed in
  the message index pane of the main window.

  You can also open a folder by double clicking on the folder
  name.
