Send DOTS Caution Box

  If you send a DDIF file with external references and not all
  the external references are found, Mail displays a caution box.
  The Send DOTS caution box warns you that some recipients
  may not be able to read the message and asks if you want to
  send the message.

  Click on Yes to send the file, or click on No to cancel the send.
