Send Caution Box

  The Send caution box warns you that you have attempted
  to close the Create-Send window after making changes to
  the envelope or text of a message.  It asks you to confirm
  that you want to close the Create-Send window.  If you close
  the window you will lose any changes you have made to the
  message.

  Click on Yes to close the window, or click on No to keep the
  window active.
