Reuse Send Dialog Box

  The Reuse Send dialog box informs you that there is an
  unsent message in an open Create-Send window and asks if
  you want to reuse the open window for the new message.  If
  the window is reused, the current contents are lost.

  Click on Yes to reuse the open Create-Send window, or click
  on No to create a new window for the new message.  Click on
  Cancel to cancel the create/send request.
