Using a Distribution List

  Choose Distribution List...  from the Create-Send window's
  File menu to send a message to the users identified in a
  distribution list.

  A dialog box containing a list of your distribution lists is
  displayed.

  Double click on the name of the distribution list you want to
  use.  The distribution list file name is automatically displayed
  in the To entry box in the Create-Send window.

  Distribution lists are not created within Mail.
