File Menu in the Create-Send Window

  The items on the Create-Send window's File menu let you
  send a message, use a distribution list, save a draft of the
  message, extract the message to a file, and include a file,
  draft, original, or a copy of the last sent message in a new
  message.  You can also show the status of a message, reset the
  window, and close the window.
