Creating a File from the Current Message

  Choose Extract...  from the File menu to create files from
  mail messages.

  To create a file from the currently displayed message, choose
  the Extract...  menu item.  A dialog box is displayed.  Enter the
  appropriate information and click on the OK button to create
  the file.
