Create Card...

  The Card menu in either window contains the Create Card...
  menu item, which lets you create a new card.

  To add a card to a card file:

  1.  Choose Create Card...  from the Card menu.  A dialog box
      appears.

  2.  In the entry field, type the topic for the card.

  3.  Click on OK. A card window containing the topic you
      typed appears.

  4.  In the card window, type the text on the card.
