Setting a Repeat Interval for an Entry or Day Note

An entry or Day Note can be repeated at almost any regular
  interval.

To select a repeat interval, display the Repeat option menu
  and choose the desired interval.

If you choose a monthly interval, you must also make
a choice from Repeat's right-hand option menu to tell
Calendar which aspect of the current day you want to
use as a basis for the interval.

For example, to set a meeting for the first Friday of every
  third month:

  1. Double click on the day on which the first meeting occurs.

  2. Double click in the timeslot to open the Entry Editor.

  3. Choose the Every Three Months menu item from the
      Repeat option menu.

  4. Choose the menu item called "on the 1st Friday" from
      Repeat's right-hand option menu.

If you change or delete an entry that is repeated, a dialog box
is displayed asking how often you want to make the change
  or deletion:

  - Just this instance

  - This and all future instances

  - All instances, past, present, and future

You can also use this dialog box to make exceptions to
repeating entries. To do so, make the required adjustment to
the text of the relevant entry, then click on OK. After this, use
the dialog box to specify when the exception should be applied.
