Print Topic(s)...

  To print one or more sections, or extract sections to a file,se-
  lect the section or sections     in the Navigation window,
  then choose the Print Topic(s)...  from the File menu.  The
  Print dialog box    appears.

  Because of copyright protections or other similar reasons, the
  author of a document may choose to suppress the ability to
  print it.  If you attempt print a topic in one of these books you
  see the following message:

  The  author  of  this  document  has  elected  to  disallow  printing.
