Print Book...

  To print a book or extract it to a file, select the book title in
  the Library window, then choose Print Book...  from the File
  menu.  The  Print dialog box    appears.

  Because of copyright protections or other similar reasons, the
  author of a document may choose to suppress the ability to
  print it.  If you attempt print one of these books you see the
  following message:

  The  author  of  this  document  has  elected  to  disallow  printing.
