Text-entry Field

  By default, the text-entry field lists a unique file name that
  Bookreader generates.

  To change the name to one of your own, click on the text-
  entry field, erase the default name that Bookreader provides,
  then type the name of the file.  You can specify a full file
  specification, including disk and directory.
