Diagnostic Information...

  Click on the Diagnostic Information...  item in the File menu
  for diagnostic information compiled by the CDA Viewer while
  processing the file for display.

  The Diagnostic Information...  menu item is not highlighted
  if no diagnostic messages were reported while processing the
  file for display.
